Hi gurus,
in our system idocs blarel were blocked. The system create them once a contract is created in SRM, but no data are transferred for the BLAREL. We transferr just fthe BLAORD and COND_A type.
I would like to know how to deactivate totally these BLAREL idocs, to avoid system create them any time a new contract is created in SRM.
Thanks in advance for your support
Regards,
Valentino
Hi valentino
BLAORD and COND_A messages are bring GOA from SRM to ECC
BLAREL - message is for taking release value from ECC to GOA.
Why do you want to block BLAREL?
What is the business reason and yuo want to block BLAREL.
HOW SRM kows Release value
for eg. you created GOA for 10000 USD and released Purchase order for 10000 USD and this 10000 USD must update in SRM GOA release also.
otherwise data inconsistancy will come
you can create sc against this GOA but you can not create a successful PO since contracts already released fully.
data must be sync both ends
hope yuo understand now

Hi Muthu,
thanks for your answer.
The reason why we would deactivate idocs Blarel is that we have seen that all these outbound idocs in SRM have the status status 29 (Error en ALE service). But the contracts we are using are working perfectly. It seems as these messages were blocked due to an ad hoc customizing of this client.
Is it normal these idocs have the status 29?
Thanks in advance for your support.

Valentino

Hi Muthu,
It is possible that for this client some specific customizing has been implemented and this idocs were blocked accordingly.
The error is "error 29, error in ALE service".
As far as i know we are not facing any issue with contracts, and the expire correctly.
I'm not sure how to arrange the problem.
Maybe, the best option for now not to deactivate these idocs at the moment and then, if an issue is raised, check if there is some problem for the contracts related to these idocs BLAREL.
What do you suggest?
Thanks in advance
Hi Valentino
How contract will expire in GOA in SRM side. it will expire in ECC and it must sync with SRm also right.
if you dont add this message BLAREL in model view it will not post release into SRM.
BLAREL just carry the contract release data (PO + contract item + release value) to SRM from ECC and update in GOA right.
I believe you should take a decision now.
