Can a business be deleted if ever used in any access request earlier?

Is changing the role status the only way to keep a business role away from appearing into an access request?

Hi Sam,

SAP has introduced this enhancement (in 10.1 ) to not allow deletion of roles if they are ever used in ARQ, UAR or even in access rules for historical and audit purpose. So as you rightly mentioned you need to change the Role Status to disable the business role from end user selection in access request process.
