How to set price displayed only in Sales Order with SAP ByDesign

Hi experts,

How to set price displayed only in Sales Order in SAP ByDesign? We don't want the sales rep to change the prices when creating S/O.

Another question is, is it possible to authorize only managers to have write access to price in Sales Order?
