CR Activation dump in Customer create and change process

Hi,

Getting dump in Customer creation and change at the time of workflow activation step. Workflow activation step is in process state and I have checked in SLG1 no errors. If I check in st22 getting below dump (We have imported TR's from Dev to QA ).

.Please help on below issue

Debug the code...you can come to know CR number..Put break point in the place where system throws dump..Else Check and implement sap note 243607 - Check data records with technical keys (5)

Hi,

There must be key linkage missing for one of the change request. In the debugging mode ,find out which CR goes into dump and delete the same.

you can use report CR delete. While deleting, same class run by MDG to make sure key mappings are correct so skip the dump step to delete the CR.

Hello Sri

Whether the CVI setup is properly done? Might be issue in CVI hence the customer is not activated properly. Check the CVI guide.

Hi Kiran,

As of now data is in MDG system tables only after activation of CR, CVI setup will effect in this .

While in the step of "Activate Creation of Postprocessing Orders", when I add an entry for the Component AP-MD and Business Process is either CVI_02 and CVI_04 or CVI_01 or CVI_03, I get an error "Specify the key within the work area".

Even when I make the same entries in SPRO:

but mdg does not reflect these entries:

Do i need to do any addition settings ,Pls help

I thought at the time of activation you are getting error.

After looking into the screens, seems CVI_01 entry is missing. Also check -

SM30 -> MDSV_CTRL_OBJPPO. PPO must be active for BP and Customer.

Hi Sri,

There is may be data issues with Active or staging data. Could you check the validation log in Change request.

It will provide details related to activation failure.
