I am not sure if i understood the query correctly, You can try following

1. Goto MM06 and unblock the blocked material

or

2. in MM02 select basic data 1 view and purchasing view.

2.1 Change Plant Material Status to "Blank" in Basic Data 1 view

2.2 Goto Purchasing View and Change the Plant SP Material Status to "Blank"

2.3 Save

Hi Raj Kumar,

A material can be blocked / Unblocked using 'Plant-Specific Material Status' option in the purchasing view.

If purchasing view is not extended, Please check for either 'Work Scheduling' view or 'Quality Management' view. Please verify.

I might be misunderstanding your question. But to unblock a material, I would run MIGO.
