“Payroll run was not successful” issue

Please can you help in solving the issue for one final settlement. Its showing “Payroll run was not successful”. In the log its showing reason as No Rule in Key ZA17A1000**

    Please Paste ZA17A Full rule, It is checking some condition which is failing what is AAEOS ?

    • Thanks for the response.

      I am the payroll user and don't have an idea to check the full rule. While processing the final settlement/end of service of employee from the T code - PUOC_AE, the error is showing as “Payroll run was not successful”. In the log its showing reason as No Rule in Key ZA17A1000**

      AEEOS might be Arab Emirates End of Service

      Please help

    Payroll Operation AEEOS is for "UAE End of Service" and is related to Feature AEEOS.

    It seems that for the employee being processed, the Feature AEEOS returns value 1000, and that value is not part of Paytp A of pcr ZA17.

    As a user, there is not much that you can do, unless you compare that employee with an other one that is similarly in "End of Service" and try to find how you can make changes to the employee's Master Data so that there would not be an error in Payroll, at least temporarily, and log the problem with your Support Team.
