Availability control screen

Hi Experts,

While creating a SO if the stock is insufficient then availability contriol screen will pop up...my question is in that availability screen am not able to see complete delivery tab or option....in general we cud see three options available 1:one time delivery,2:delivery proposal 3:complete delivery.....wht wud b the reason?......thanks in advance........

Can any1 tell me what wud b the reason for not getting that particular complete delivery tab also am not getting the continue tab screen on the top.....thanks in advance........

Hi..

It depends on what setting you have maintained in configuration

see path IMG-SD-Basic functions-Avaliability Check & Tor-Availa Chk-Define default settings

In last column Avail checking rule ,see what setting you have maintained.This setting controls result of Av Check in Sales order screen

Hi Manoj,

Thanks for ur reply......as u said the configuration has control on the availability screen.....but my question is in that screen am not able to see the third tab i.e.complete del......from ur reply there is one another doubt arises i.e.if I maintain availability rule as E or Blank then the availability control screen pops up.....other than that if I maintain any other options stock is not confirmed why is that happens?.........thanks in advance......
