service Manager.exe error

Dear All,

On server tool->License Manager->Setting (When i click on setting) i am getting error as following

The Instruction at "0x78180781" referenced memory at "0x00000000",The memory coluld not be "written "

The system not allows to open Setting screen .

Pls advice me.Thanx in advance

Which version of SB1, SP and PL is installed?

In order to discard a memory issue, you sould perform a memory test for your server.

If system RAM is OK, then is possible the server tools files could be corrupted, so it will require to uninstall (without server tools installation folders deletion) and reinstall the server tools over the old installation folders, in order to keep the current hardware key.

Perhaps would be necessary to rise a support ticket.

Hi,

Have you tried restarting the license manger.

Or try restarting the SAP B1 server,if issue persists then raise support ticket to SAP
