A Requirement quantity of zero is not allowed

Hi Experts!

I am getting a CIF error "A Requirement quantity of zero is not allowed". I have checked the relevant planned orders in ECC (MD04) and in APO (Product view) but didnot find any planned orders. In Comparison and reconcilation (/n/sapapo/CCR) it is saying me that "Planned orders missing in R3 without external Key" and system is suggesting to send them to ECC.When i tried to push them in ECC, they are stuck in queues.

Please help me what could be the reason for this error.

Regards

GC

probably there are small open requirements (due to roundings) and if you then run a product heuristic lot-for-lot and without any rounding, this can generated very small planned orders (0,...). In CIF these get stuck then...

Hi GC,

Check whether the planned orders of components are deleted during

transfer.

If it is the case, use /sapapo/rlcdel to delete planned orders for both

the product and its components and then run CCR followed by

recreating the planned order(Try first for a sample item and if it

works, then carry out for all items)

Please confirm

Hi GC,

Please delete this order. You can do that from CCR or by rlcdel.

Thanks
