absence quotas generation

Hi Experts,

The requirement is as the follows -

Leave Entitlement is according to the following table-

Physical Days Present Leave earned

0 to 49 02

50 to 99 04

100 to 149 06

150 to 199 08

200 to 249 10

250 to 299 12

300 & above 14

Please tell me how to configure it? Do i need to write a pcr to know the presnt days of the employees? if so how to write that PCR ?

HI Akhil,

For ur Requirement where the Quota Generation is based on his Attendance this needs to be done with a PCR no standard process/config is there.

First u need to create a time type in V_t555a and assign it to ur attendance types.Then a small PCR which will check for each day and say ur time type is 9000

Adddb9000

n

Leave.

So with this all the attendance days will be in 9000 so now another rule to generate based on the value in the Time Type.

Hi,

You can create different quota generation rules for each days interval. You can do this type of thing with standard config and no rules. This configuration is located here:
