For a custom charactersitic, how to select range while executing COPA repor

Hello Friends,

We have a custom charactersitic called CNO, which is a 9 digit alpha numeric, this is define in COPA, and we get it populated during sd-billing.

We have different custom COPA reports, which use CNO as input field, and show relevant reports for same. During input, we are able to give multiple CNO values, but we are unable to give a From and To range, any pointers on this?
