Hi,
my company currently migrating to SAP, and I have to create YBD documents, containing our existing technical drawings. I have to create more than a thousand YBD, one for every migrated item.
I tried to find a way to make this process as painless and quick as possible, but since I'm a newbie in the SAP world, I'm still learning how to make my life easier.
In the YBD documents I have to attach one .pdf file, and in the Descriptions tab I have to add three languages (HU, EN, DE). All three languages has the same description, and I have to add this three languages for every single document. Is there a way to predefine these languages, so I don't have to manually add them every single time? (Adding the description value manually is no problem, since i'm copy-paste them from an excel document.)
I'm familiar with the SU3 screen, but as far as I understand, I can't make SU3 fill the Language values.
