Selection of Sold Party in pop up screen

Hi experts,

Actually i have on customer 1234.this customer is under 5 different sales areas.while creating a sale order in selection screen i gave my order type,sales org,dist channel,division.in next screen if i gave the customer again it is asking to select from popup.with this my client was getting confused so i need to restrict that popup.plzzzz help me

We faced this issue in our earlier implementations for 16000 Customers.

You just go to XD02>>Enter this Customer code with Sales area>>Go to Sales area data>>Just Resave this...you will not get this error again

This happens due to inconsistence in KNVP table while extending the customer with tools like LSMW etc..

Note: While creating a SO-if we doesn't give sales area-then system will bound to confirm this with the pop-up asking for sales area.

i think this is standard functionality.y means totally am handling 4 clients in every client am getting the same issue

As per the standard system it should not happen.

Please check VCUST/KNVV or KNVP and compare sales area showing in pop up.
