You may have to contact nearest SAP marketing office or Accounting manager who handle sap license sales (or you can also contact few sap partners who can give some ideas).

When you'll talk to an SAP Representative, you'll be asked for the number of Employee Records you will require (initial installation & projected growth) and for the number of SAP Users you will require.
