SolMan 7.2 CRM Web UI - 'Send Email' button does not work in Incidents

Hello experts,

maybe someone had already the same problem. In CRM Web UI there is a "Send Email" button, it is available for Change Requests and Incidents.

For Change Request I was able to activate it and it works fine. But for Incidents I was not able to get it running. The button is enabled but whenever I click on it nothing happens. Then I tried it with the SAP business role "SOLMANPRO" and it worked without problem. I compared my custom business role with the SAP business role but I cant find anything relevant.

I also found this question... unfortunately my custom Nav Bar Profile is the same like the SAP Nav Bar Profile and there is also no difference.

Does anyone has an idea why the button is not working? It definitely has something to do with the business roles because with "SOLMANPRO" it works...

    just want you all to know that I found the solution. Unfortunately something went wrong by copying the default view of SOLMANPRO business role to our custom business role. Under 'Configuration Page' and 'Button Configuration' the entry in 'Backend Event' for ID 'SENDEMAIL' (only available if the technical details are shown) was missing. I added the Backend Event 'SENDEMAIL' like it is in SOLMANPRO and now it works fine.

    So if someone else have this problem better check this first :)
