C4C Ticket - How to filter in interactions?

Dear all,

how can I filter the interactions in the C4C ticket with the Fiori UI? (see screenshot below)

So e.g. to just display emails ...

Hello Deborah,

You don't have the option to filter out in Grid view.

In the List view , you can filter based on Sender, by adding the mail ID in the filter field manually when you click on the sender Column label.

Hello Deborah,

You will have to Enable list View.

In HTML UI, Administration WC=> Service and Social View => Ticket Configuration.

Here you can enable List view and Also can default one of the Views.
