Upgrade to ECC6 and Unicode: Passing HTML

We are experiencing new issues related output on our Web page URL.

Iu2019d like to convert the internal text table, t_html (now in Unicode, I assume utf-16), to contain the old hex values(I assume utf-8), before Unicode upgrade. Or, convert the text table from utf-16 to utf-8.

First, and most importantu2026.Is this possible?

If so, I assume these are the steps I need to do:

1) Transform internal table t_html to hex (so I can covert it from utf-16 to utf-8?)

2) Convert the utf-16 hex values (Unicode) to utf-8 (old hex, non-unicode).

3) Transform the converted t_html back to text so I can pass it out in its usual fashion.

What would be the easiest approach (or not easiest approach, if necessary) to do this?

I am open to any and all suggestions, this has been a struggleu2026.Thank-You
