Amount grayed out in FB60 and FV60 in Basic data

Hi Experts,

In FB60 and FV60 tcodes, Amount field in Basic data tab is grayed out in Dev system. In QAS and Prod, this field is enabled. Can someone help me to enable this in Dev system?

Please check whether you are assigned to Transaction variant or you have to write your issue to SAP through OSS!
