Issue in BPA in Solman 7.1, MO object DIsappearing

Dear All,

We are using Business process analytics in solution manager system which is 7.1 SP 13 and we are facing the following 3 issue.

1. we are accessing the key figures we are getting warning message like KEY FIGURE "KFF000201" WAS NOT FOUND FOR THE CONNECTOR TYPE BPM_DETAIL_LIST".

2. MO's disappearing from BPA Link. It reappears after MO reactivation.

3. Analysis types disappears from Variant links.

Also for some of the KPIs we are not getting 'Benchmarking' & 'Trend Analysis' option in the 'Analysis Type' of some of the KPIs while opening from BPA analysis page. After reactivation of MO these all 4 Analysis type reappears.

Please let us know if anyone face the issue before. Please help us to resolve these issues.

Hi

You should really get your SAP Solution Manager system updated to SAP Solution Manager 7.2 since SAP Solution Manager 7.1 is out of maintenance. SAP won't create a new bug fix if your case is not something that was identified in the past.
