SAP PI 7.1 Unable to convert sender XI party xxxxxxxx to an IDoc partner

Hi everybody,

we are sending IDOC from R/3 to PI 7.1

We got an error in sxmb_moni cause PI tries to send an acknowledgement back.

I know that ABAP IDX_NOALE is to use for that.

But on 7.1 the layout of IDX_NOALE looks different to 3.0.

No documentation; even no documentation of the checkboxes to set. It is also no clear what it means if a checkbox is checked. Does this mean "no ack " or "send ack"

Hi I think I got it.

If there is an entry in table IDXNOALE with MESTYP = *, acknowledgements are generally NOT requested.

If there is NO entry in table IDXNOALE with MESTYP = *, acknowledgements are generally requested. Exception have to be set seperatly for individual MESTYPs.

Hi,

Did you checked the Report of the same where you have more options in 7.1 than in 7.0 ..i,e

options like sysErr ..NegAck...

execute the report and add the message type sender port and so on and click Do not request ack for ignoring the ack messages

otherwise correct the configuration and create the cc channel for sending the idoc ack back to sender
