TREX index is not working for a particular data source

Hi,

I have created TREX index in portal(System Admin --> System Configuration --> Knowledge Management --> Index Administration --> Create) and assigned the data source to it and saved it.

Assigned permission to everyone role with full control. TREX is running without any error but it is not able to index any document. When i changed the data source then it is able to indexed but it is not working for a particular data source. I am using file system repository.Data source permission looks fine.Please help.
