Trouble connecting to an ftp site.

I am attempting to schedule a report in BO XIR3 that sends the output to an FTP site, but I'm getting the following error:

connection error. [CrystalEnterprise.Ftp]: [error number EAI_NONAME]

I've confirmed that the site name I'm using is correct - and I've connected to it successfully from both of our report servers. Any ideas what might be wrong?

I am having the same problem. Has this issue been resolved? if so, could you please help me in resolving mine. I added the FTP Server destination in the 'Crystal Reports Job Server' and 'Desination Server'. It still fails with the same error.

Did you enable the FTP services that are available in CMC
