Time Zone problem between two countries using Schedule agreement in MIGO

Dear Experts,

We made a SAP Role out project in our manufacturing company Located in India this year.

Our SAP server is at Korea and the time difference between India and Korea is 3:30 hours.

Since we use only one client in our production server, all our material documents are posted in Korean date and time in SAP.

I am using schedule agreement for making GR, everything was working fine till 20:30 IST. But if I make schedule after 20.30 and try to make GR with the Schedule quantity, GR is not working for that quantity and it becomes fine when the time becomes 00:00 IST to the next day.

Have anyone come across like this kind of error in SAP?.

Could anyone give me some solution to fix this problem? Because of this, all the invoices were kept pending for makiing GR, till the time becomes 00:00 IST to the next day.

Please help me.

Thanks in Advance.

    Hi

As you stated that your SAP server is at Korea so whenever you create any documents in SAP like Purchase order , scheduling agreement or Invoice Receipt the time stamp in document will be as per the time setting in your Korea server.

Can you explain why you need to compare with IST time ?

Iin short your system will be working only as per the server time frame not your local or desktop time frame.

    Please check & confirm.

      Hi,

Yes you are correct. All my Schedule agreement documents and GR documents are at Korean Standard Time(KST) . But when I release the schedule quantity(ME84) after maintaining the schedule quantity(ME38), the JIT and FRC schedules are happening in Indian Standard time(IST).

Can you help me to change the JIT & FRC release schedules also to Korea time(KST)?. Any IMG setting to be configured?

      Thank you for your response.
