Reason code text overwrites the sales text

Hi expert,

I have a sales text in transaction FBL5N (table BSEG-SGTXT) e.g. 123456

When I enter a reason code (e.g. price difference), the sales text is overwritten.

I know that I can modify the customizing of table T053R (reason codes), not to overwrite the sales text, and to enter it manually, but the user does not want to do that.

He wants to have both texts in the text field e.g. 123456 Price difference.

Do you know how that can be configured?

If you want to created standard Line Item Texts you can create Line Item Text Ids in OB56.

Hi,

At the time creation of Reason codes in OBBE you may be forgotten to check the Donot copy text checkbox. If you check the checkbox for any of the reason codes for that reason codes text won't copy from reason cdes table.

Hello Chandra,

I have done the test, but the user does want to see the reason code description in the text field BSEG-SGTXT.

He does not want to enter it manually.

And he still wants to keep the text which has been entered by the sales administrator.

I will then need to make some sort of concatination of both texts.

Do you have any experience with that?

Can I still ask you something about the text?

Is there a way to concatinate the text which has been entered from SD and the reason code text, which is entered automatically when selecting a reason code?
