Material reservation in IW31

Hello Experts!

I have one problem. Every time when I create/change PM order and add new component, reservation for it is created. Do you know where can I add some code to bypass creation of reservation? I don't want to display any message, I just want to check order data and then make a decision if I want to create reservation for this component or I don't.

Maybe you know how to customize that for some kind of PM orders reservations will not be created?
