Custom Cover Sheet for a Transaction ( Selection Screen fields + custom data )

Hi Experts,

We are using SAP's 'Cover Sheet' functionality when printing ALV Report outputs. This allows us to have the Selection Screen criteria on the front page. The small annoying part is that by default the Report is shown on the Cover sheet and not the Transaction.

Where can you edit or define a new Cover Sheet and add additional data to the output such as the Transaction name?
