Issue with S620&S621 infostructures

Hi All,

System updates delivery quantities of 633 and 634 movement types alone. But system has wrongly updated the quantity in 11.2008 period. We have created two deliveries with 20 quantity each and we have reversed those deliveries and we deleted those deliveries, finally system should show quantity as Zero in S620 and S621 info structures. But system is showing quantity as -20 in both info structures.

That means both reversal documents are updated and one delivery(Goods issue) updated, another Goods issue has not updated, how do i update that quantity (That particular document alone) now?

Do we have any option to update that delivery quantity alone (that delivery has been deleted)?

Hi Lakshmikanth,

I don't really know from where you are updating GI quantity in S620 and S621 (as they are user defined infostructures). If you are updating from delivery document, please use transaction OLI8, keying in delivery document number in selection screen.

You are right we have to use OLI8..but the delivery documents were deleted long time back...While deleting system updated wrongly seems.

If documents are deleted, the only way out would be to clear all the data in these infostructures (OLIX) and reload data for all the documents using OLI8 (as error document is deleted, it will not update any entries in infostructures for this document)

Hey Lakshmikanth,

If you do not wish to delete entries from infostructures and reload, there is a quick workaround. As you have mentioned goods issue has not updated in infostructure, where as reversal of this goods issue updated infostructure. Now you would be able to delete the record posted from GI reversal, using SE16 debug delete update.
