Can Solution Manager do these??

Dear Expert:

Here are our requirements for our company to enhancement the IT structure & capacity. Can Solution manager fulfill the Criteria below?

What feature can match which criteria? Or if solution manager not power enough to fulfill all criterias~ What else NW module do I need to add-on?

Please tell me is solution manager can do according to the list below ~
