Customers Tracking by area

I am new to SAP B1 being a accounts manager i have to report the customers report by area, i contact my administrator and he do stupid thing is that he create more customer rather than a area. for example i have a customer who have a multiple location so when i create the invoice/SO/DO i can select the area so it can easy for me to track that and prepare report. Or you can say i want different jobs/Sub-Customer under one customer.

As i said i am new so please tell me in easy steps :)
