Unable to find the "Related Links" part in the SOLMAN_SETUP page.Is there any additional steps to be done to get this?

Do you have the sufficient authorization and also you have implemented all the necessary pre-requisites as per content activation guide already?

Please check and implement the same as below documentation.

In the same documentation section 4.2.1 contains the authorization you need to run the content activation which needs to be added to your required ID
