As Oracle has announced some weeks/month ago, Java JDK updates are not for free anymore. I am wondering if SAP Commerce (aka Hybris) On Premise is affected by this change as well ... Does anybody know, if SAP products are affected
I'd be interested to know how/if this affects the ESB and IB (Enterprise Services Builder and Integration Builder) on SAP PI 7.3. Presumably since the licensing only affects updates I should still be able to run Java SE 8 to run the ESB/IB applications? I just wouldn't get any updates (which is fine since PI 7.3 doesn't play nicely with anything above 8 anyway).
