Lumira Designer reports Scheduling not working: 2,1 SP1 patch 2

Hi,

We have a lumira designer report published on BI platform. I tried scheduling it, multiple times, but it fails with error message, "Scheduling failed due to some error".

How do you fix this?

We are on BO 4.2 SP4 patch 10.

Lumira version 2.1 SP1 patch 2, we have the same BIP server version as the lumira client.

This is a straightforward designer report based on BEx queries.

Some questions to nail down the problem

1. Has scheduling worked with older versions?
2. Has the app or query changed in the meantime?
3. Does you BW query have mandatory prompts without default values?
4. What happens if you run the app appending URL parameter &SCHEDULE_MODE=PDF_REPORT ?
