Hello All,
Can someone please guide me to find out system terminal from where SAP login is locked. In our scenario SM19 and SM20 is not in use and not activated .Other than STAD,please suggest me step by step to find out terminal ID(for pointing clearly). This scenario occurs frequently in our Org. where some one trying to login into different account.
I have gone through few discussions in search criteria, still not able to find. Please advise.
Rgds,
Gadde.
Hello,
There are different scenarios.
1/ When user is still connected.
Start transaction SM04.
In the pull-down menu select Goto->Terminals.
There you will find your list.
In case your system has more application servers repeat this for all servers.
2/ When user is no longer connected.
This is more difficult because you have to search in the system statistics for this.
Start transaction STAD.
Enter the user ID and eventual other criteria.
In the list search for SESSION_MANAGER or take a random line for this user and double-click on it.
In the overview there will be a field called "Terminal Id" containing the terminal.
Pay attention with STAD it only contains recent system info !
This info will be consolidated in tcode ST03N where you have less detail !
