how to define profit center mandatory for one particular g/l account

Hi,

GOTO OBC4 and select your field status and double click on the field status group which is mentioned in the GL account master data goto Crete bank interst tab and see with field staus group is mentioned and select that in OBC4 and double click on that field status grp and again doublr on addtional account assignment in that select profit centre required.

If you mandatory for one GL account create a New Field status group by copying the previus Field which you were using for that particular Gl and Make profit centre mandatory for that and use that particular Field status for that particular GL account.

You can do it with a new field status variant of the GL or by defining a new validation rule through GGB4.
