Hi,
In partner function procedure of sales document header not modifiable check box of SP partner function is grayed (not editable).
Can any one guide me how to change this field from not editable to editable.
Regards,
VKM
Hi,
For Sales document header partner functions, the sold-to-party is non-modifiable.
It is a standard functionality. We cannot change the address of the sold-to-party in sales order. If you want a different address, then you have to change in the customer master data only using the T.Code "XD02".
Even the field "Mand. function" is also greyed out.
Could you pls check for other Partner functions, they can be editable.
The path for this to check is:
SPRO>Sales and Distribution>Basic Functions>Partner Determination>Set Up Partner Determination-->Set Up Partner Determination for Sales Document Header.
Select the partner determination procedure.
Double click on "Partner functions in procedure".

Krishna.

Hi
By default SP is non modifiable in sales order header. So non modifiable check box has been greyed out. Please confirm this field is editable for other PF.

Ideally and as per standard SAP, SP is not modifiable.
Can you expedite the business requirement for the same?
Please check the below link, if it serves your requirement:

Hi
The reason for SP being in Non Editable mode is the configuration in VOPA, where it is maintained for SP as Mandatory and Non Modifiable, where as the others as only Mandatory.
You can check the same in VOPA for your partner functions in Partner Procedure tab.
