Workflow Task Description - Adding checkboxes and reading flagged checkboxes

Hi,

I have a business requirement where I need to show sales order line items in custom workflow task description of USER DECISION but each items will have checkboxes as bullet point.

I know, line items can be added on task description but how to add (selectable) check boxes before each items.

Also, when user will flag the checkboxes and click on approve button, I need to identify which checkboxes were flagged by the user and subsequently call a BAPI in backend workflow step.

Please note this all checkbox flagging + approval/rejection will be done from Fiori App My Inbox. Please advise. Thanks

    Hi,

    This cannot be achieved using the method process of business object DECISION which is what all user decisions use. In this case you have to build your own method to handle this.
