Hi Gurus,
In an infocube, I work with a Key figure defined as Time (hhmmss). the aggregation "Sum" in Bex is done correctly as the sum doesn't exceed 24H.
After this value, the key figure is re initialize. Thus, I can't sum time.
Below, result of my query
user name Time
BOUSYL 12:32:34
BULARP 18:31:44
DAN_SEB 00:15:50
Sum 07:20:08
Sum shoud be 31:20:08, system display 07:20:08 (31:20:08 - 24:00:00)
Should I use a different key figure type or define a time stamp to successfully add my time
Thanks for your help
Thierry
Not sure if this will work, because it's an object of type TIMS, which is defined to be a time: Have you tried to change the aggregation type? (in InfoObject anf Cube)
Otherwise, you can create a time-characteristic of type DEC. This one represents seconds. Standard aggregation is maximum

Hi,
Thanks for your reply,
My Key Figure is defined as time with data type DEC
I already try changing exception aggregation on infoobject properties but without sucess.
Sum is done correctly, but when it's more than 24 H, it's reinitialize.
I think I will convert time in secondes and after used CKF to calculate the number of hours, minutes and seconds.
Regards
Thierry
