Hi All,
I am new to MM, am working in ABAP. I am trying to create an access sequence without copying. Because when I copy an standard, the field access ( V_T682Z-KOLNR ) is auto created but when I create a new access sequence then the acess sequentce TEST for eg gets created. When when u try to access it again
SPRO -> MM-> PUR-> CONDITIONS ->define price determination process -> define access sequence.
here select ur access sequence name TEST. Klik on fields. Then a pop up appears with 4 fields
1. USAGE = A
2.Application = M
3. Access Sequnce = 0017
4.Access = 'BLANK' .
so how do we populate access, because if we do not give anything in access it doesnt work. How do you link a condition table and access sequence. Condition type is linked to access sequence that i know.
But how is condition table either linked to access sequence or condition type ???????I do not see any option in :-
SPRO -> MM-> PUR-> CONDITIONS ->define price determination process -> define access sequence.
Please help.
Thanks,
Anu.
Hi Anu,
First u have to define the condtion table i.e what are the fields u want to consider.
After that while creating the access sequence u use different condition tables for e,g u have created condition table 100 for vendor/material so u use condition table 100 in access seq and assign the step to it similarly u can use use other condition table in the same access sequence.
Once u have created the access sequence after that u cretae condition type and u assign the access sequence to condition type.
This is how all condition table/access seq/condition type are linked together.

AM

Thanks to all for such a quick reply. Everything above was helpful. When u go to the link
"spro-> mm-> PUR-> conditions-> access sequence......." in SPRO and look at it carefully
u can see 3 options on the left.
1. Access sequence
2. Access.
3. Fields.
I was not able to see field 2 earlier, just found it. Hope this solves my question.

Go to SPRO -> MM-> PUR-> CONDITIONS ->define price determination process -> define access sequence
here Select the Access sequence and click the Accesses on the Left Side..
In the New Screen you will see the Condition table ( Tab Column)

hi,
prior to creating the access sequence, we need to create the condition table at the mentioned path with the fields (thes fields are imp for condition record creation) and this table shoud be used in the access you created for access sequence .put this table in the access created with a accss number .you can keep more than one table in a sequence.
after the accss sequence is created, you have to assign this to the condition type to which you want the condition rcord to get created.
at mek1 if you ceate the condition record for the condition types access sequence, if you simulate the condition type at SPRO this record will be visible.
then only this condotion record will get defaulted in the PO conditions.
