Restrict the user from Releasing Master Recipe

Hi SAP Gurus,

I want to restrict the user from releasing master recipe

if the material master of components are not maintain for respective parent material then recipe release not possible.

How can I configure it ?

Dear Parag,

if understand ur Query Correctly, then u need to restrict Process order if missing parts

Path

SPR0 > Production > Production planning for process indutries > Process order > Operations > Availbility check > Define checking Control

1) Here if u want restriiction, creation level, then for business function 1 - make the field - Collective Conv as 3

2) For Retricting on realse -for businees function 2, make field realse materail as- 3

Thanks for replay.

I donu2019t want to restrict at process order level.

I want to restrict at Master recipe level.

i.e. If Any BOM component is not maintain properly (Material master is not maintain ) then recipe release not possible.

Use Transition C202

enter REcipe group & counter.

& Just make recipe status 4

You can use the following Enchancements to put your logic for your requirement,

CPAU0001 Enhancement for Authorization Check in Task Lists

XCZD0004 Extend authority check for the material-recipe allocation

Please work with your ABAP person on this.
