Unable to open 'Diagnosis Files' tab in SAP HANA Studio

I get the following error every time I try to access the 'Diagnosis Files' tab in the admin console. The system is up and running. I am getting the same error while trying to access Diagnosis Files for all the systems added in the SAP HANA Studio.

Any inputs on how to resolve this issue?
