Question under "Generate Work schedules Manually"


I am learning SAP-HCM on IDES 6.0. I have a question in u201CTime Managementu201D sub-module.

Under the IMG node Work Schedules -> Work Schedule Rules and Work Schedules -> Generate work Schedules Manually, there are two fields (both Radio Buttons), Calendar and ALV List. There is no F1 HELP available on this. What is the purpose of these fields?

Please guide me.
