Hi,
when we create an automated campaign in Marketing Cloud with action "Create Appointment", field "category" is available in the details of the appointment to be created. This field has already a list of possible values (see attachment appointment-category.jpg). Do you know where are values for appointment "category" defined?
We found in SAP Help portal that they should be automatically retrieved from connected system, but actually in our connected system (CRM) the values that we see in Marketing Cloud are not available.

Hi Simona,
Assuming it is a SAP Marketing OnPrem system, You can check the values maintained for each object (Appointment, Lead or Task etc) in tables with pattern CUAN*LM* .
Update: Table Name: CUANC_LM_ACTCATG
