installation error

Dear all,

I am installing SAP NW EHP1. I am getting an error while IMPORT ABAP.

The error like this

ERROR 2009-10-20 12:44:56.247 [sixxcstepexecute.cpp:950]

FCO-00011 The step testDatabaseConnection with step key |NW_ABAP_OneHost|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|NW_Onehost_System|ind|ind|ind|ind|1|0|NW_CreateDBandLoad|ind|ind|ind|ind|10|0|NW_ABAP_Import_Dialog|ind|ind|ind|ind|5|0|NW_ABAP_Import|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|testDatabaseConnection was executed with status ERROR .

and after i have checked the log file in this path -/tmp/sapinst_instdir/NW701/AS-ABAP/ORA/CENTRAL

There I have checked the file -R3load.exe.log

the details as given as below

/usr/sap/SID/SYS/exe/run/R3load: error while loading shared libraries: /oracle/client/10x_64/instantclient/libnnz10.so: cannot restore segment prot after reloc: Permission denied

anybody know the solution kindly guide me.

issue has been solved.

Check database is started and you can connect to it manually. Also check the permission's of the user with which you are installing. Assign Administration access if it is missing.

I have checked manually stop and start the oracle. It s working fine.

which permission need to be check? kindly guide me .
