Hi all,
I am experiencing an error where by Im running a delta dtp between two DSO's and the monitor is returning the error "RSBK257
Data package 1 / <Date><Time> / Status 'Processed with Errors'" but I cannot see the error anywhere?
The associated SM37 job also cancels after quite some time stating "Job status was manually set to 'cancelled'"
I have run an RSRV on the target DSO and it states that;
SID values missing for 1 specifications of characteristic <various characteristics>
Does anyone know the cause of this error and possible solution ?
Thanks
Hi,
I solved this error using the RSSM transaction - old obsolete authorization method.
Enter the name of the source infoprovider and display the list of authorized objects.
If there are objects in the list, go back and click edit, untick "Switched on" for the objects.
hope this helps.

Taroun

In the DTP detail monitor, at the top, between Refresh button and Debugging button, you should have a button called "Update errors pack manually" something like that.
Click on the button, debugger will be launched. the cursor will stop on a break point. Press F8.
This should solve your problem.

Hi Lee,
Please check the below OSS note
Note 1405785 - DTP Error - Status 'Processed with Errors'

SAP Note 1405785 is not found in Service market place.
Can you confirm the Note ID or else with some other solution to this perticular problem ?
I am also facing the same error on running the DTP.
Errors
Processing Terminated -> Data package DATE & TIME Status 'Processed with Errors'
Message no. RSBK257
Any soution kindly update.
Many thanks in advance
Hi Lee,
Please check the below OSS 1180163.
Also try manually deleting the SID Value.
Also run the program RSDMD_CHECKPRG_ALL in repair mode for the info object for which SID has entries.
This should help you.

Hi
Though the error saying that " Status 'Processed with Errors' message in DTP" and its really not.
Debug the transformation with Simulate update you will find
Error when writing the SID 100325 (value "100325") in table /BIC/XXXX
Since, a particular record can't be deleted from PSA, Modified that record in PSA and try load, but hope that should work on
if still that is not fixed then
To fix this, Delete from SE14 and complete data from the above SID table, and run the DTP load, and i think it shuld work fine.
if still the same problem exist then last option is some authorization internally
check the note
Note 1291204 - Loading with DTP: Failed authorization check on 0BI_ALL

Hello Lee,
We are also facing the same error with a specific DTP. This one is throwing the error while updating the data from PSA to the DSO. The transformations and all the objects looks fine with no errors, but when we execute the DTP we are encountering the error(Data package 1 /<Currentdate> < current time> Status processed with errors') at the very first data package level.
We are also on the latest patches and we see no such errors fine in QA or Production.
Kindly let me know if you have found anything on this.
Thanks,
Raju
Hi Raju,
We have resolved this issue. Basically certain Kernal patches change the behavior of ABAP Code.
If you have left breakpoints in code in the update/transformation mappings, start routine or end routine then the coding may have worked in the past but has now stopped working. (Failing with the error RSBK257 in the mointor)
Please check the update/transformation mappings, start routine and end routine used in the data loading process for any breakpoints that have not been commented out and remove them. Then try and run the load again.
Let me know how you get on.
Regards
Lee
Hi Lee,
Load the Master Data first and then load Transactional data from DSO1 to DSO2. I think this error was because of some SID is missing from the master data object.
Hope this helps.

Hi Veerendra,
Im not sure that data is the issue as we are experiencing the same problem in D and Q clients and the data in here will be at different stages. Also the same master data is being loaded as was loaded before the DTP started to fail.
Could you advise how I could check the master data / if a SID is missing ?
Many Thanks
