WIH 00013 - Session Closed after try to run a report

Hi all

My system is BOXI R2 SP3 and client W2K SP4 and IE 6 SP1.

When try to lauch a report, the report never end, and after 20 minutes I cancel the report and show WIH 00013 error.

I try to launch the report using another web browser and work fine (firefox 3.x, ie 7, flock) only fail in IE 6 SP1.

Try java version 1.4, 1.5 and 1.6 with same result, never end

Anyone now if it´s a normal issue, fix methods, etc...

Hi,

It´s very strange,

Only with IE 6.0 sp1 and a folder (only one folder) the reports never end.

I don´t now why, but I schedule an instance of the report and it´s works find.

Good Day,

Try to clean up and delete you sessions and cookies in IE and see if it works,

Thanks for your answer,

but the issue seems to be more complex because in the same server I can run and refresh reports in other folders but I can´t refresh report in this folder, simple report or complex report doesn´t work.

I doesnt seem to understand, you said it was with the browser that has a problem (Firefox etc works fine but not in IE) and now you were saying about folders.

Kindly tell me if im missing something,
