Maximum number of components / hierarchies recommended in an iBASE in SAP CRM

Request your kind help in suggesting the maximum number of components and hierarchies which are recommended in an installed base in SAP CRM. Is there any SAP guidelines in this regard and the performance impact if the count goes beyond a certain limit

Hi Mishra,

actual there is no limitation known after my knowledge, but you should ask yourself how is it reasonable for a end user to work/maintain such a enormous IBASE hierarchies.

Furthermore it's also a question of the hardware infrastructure to navigate insight such huge hierarchy.

With a intelligent formation of the IBASE Hierarchy a performance issue in the navigation of the hierarchy could be prevented.
