Complaint reason customizing / multiple subject profiles to one transaction

Hello experts,

I'm trying to customize the Complaint header dropdown field "Reason" //BTADMINH/ORDER_REASON. Since I have already assigned a subject profile to the relevant Transaction type for Categorization, I don't know how/where to customize the reasons. I sthere the possibility to assign multiple subject profiles to one transaction type or is there a different way of customizing the reasons?

Any help would be very much appreciated.
