Starting SAP CRM WebUI

Hello Specialists

we have the following problem:

WebUI is cutomized like described in Best Practice Guide C04.

If I start the Trx crm_ui in the SAPGUI, i am able to login with my user name and password. After that there is no reaction following.

The only visible thing in webui is teh animated gif 'Starting SAP CRM'.... over and over again.

In SM50 there is a short activity in my process. After that all processes are in waiting state.

All necessary services are activated. (Even the mentioned in the notes 1144511, 1244321, 824554, 790727)

I dont know if note 1358764 is relevant, because we are missing the whole UI not only the header area of the UI.

System: SAP CRM 7.0

Problem solved.... some parameters were not set right.

Is the parameter (with Trx: rz11) icm/host_name_full maintained?

It should look like uscirs5.wdf.sap.corp but with your server and domain.
