Information request on shifts in PM work centers

Hi,

We are currently implementing PM in one of our operations and have been asked if we can manage different shifts in the work center and identify people in each shift. This in order to allow the planning of work orders in the way that depending on the date the order will be done, I can select the personnel in the operation depending on the active shift.

Could you tell me if this is possible and steps to have this setup?

Thanks for your answer! I thought there was another option possible to limit personnel via HR to the different shifts.

This is my opinion that It will be a very complex design selected specific personnel available in the shift. You can manage shift schedules using OP4A and capacity planning.

It will be good let all personals in work center should get assigned(users status) when WO is created and personal in shift should change the status to accepted. When the user changes the user status to accepted, other partners should get removed, the person who accepted should become persona responsible for the WO.

The suggestion above can be achieved using status management and some enhancement or use of workflow.
