Hello experts,
I have created one action called resignation.& have given function COP to infoypes 0001,0002,0007 & 0008 & rest other infotypes & LIS9..now when i run the action with with a personnel no..it also delimitaing that particular position & that partcular employee is even not visible at Org str..& 0000 is showing the status with drawn.but iam not able to do any change in 0007..system is prompting message like"no work schedule rule key for......."...
now my querry..after this also when iam maintaining the COP infotypes of that particular employee...system is allowing me to maintain...
is every thing ryt!! or some config problm...kindly let me know possible reasons...

Its correct what you are doing.
When an employee is resigned, the person is left. Hence the position also to be delimited to that date. Hence not person will be available from the date of resignation in the org. structure.

That DWSR & rule all are correct...& system is showing message like no wsr key for that date(say 20102009)...what does this mean..do i need to change the start & end date in wsr ??wat to be done???after resignation action what should be the end date of cop infotypes??
do rectify if m wrong...

firstly check whether the DWSR exists or not
Go to PT03 tcode and check whether it exists or not
